Eye On Water is a program that allows customers to track their daily water usage and set up alerts for leaks. Visit the page to create a count with your service billing ZIP/Postal code and your account number.

To prevent underground leaks, avoid planting trees or shrubs near your water meter box or water lines leading to your house. Over time, the roots of these plants can cause leaks on your property and obstruct city workers from accessing your meter box for repairs or readings.
