Termination of Service
Customers may terminate their service contract at any time by providing notice and a forwarding address to the City. When the service with the City is terminated, the deposit will be applied to the customer's final bill. If the customer fails to provide notice to the City, they will continue to be responsible for the service and will be charged the minimum monthly rate, even if no water is consumed, regardless of whether the premises are vacated or occupied by other parties who do not apply for service and sign a contract.
