In an effort to showcase and support local talent, the Niceville Library offers space for individuals and organizations to display their artwork, crafts or collections.
The library has two illuminated display cases, which remain locked while in use. For framed and canvas artwork, the library provides floor and table-top easels.
The following guidelines should be followed when planning an exhibit or display:
- The owner/artist is responsible for installing and dismantling the display.
- The Library staff cannot sell items from the exhibit, but prices may be attached to items on business cards, or a price list may be left at the Circulation Desk.
- Pieces of the exhibit may be switched out during your display dates, but please notify the Reference Manager before doing so.
- Placement and allotment of easels is determined by the library.
If you are interested, please complete the online Art Display Application. The Reference Manager will contact you upon review of your application. Click here to download a printable application.
