Managing Grief and Loss

A Support group to help with the healing process and develop coping skills after the loss of a loved one. Please call the Niceville Senior Center to reserve a spot or just drop in.

Flex-Ability

Encourage flexibility and range of motion through a series of mat exercises and yoga poses. This class will incorporate restorative breathing techniques to promote stress reduction & increase mental clarity.

Tai Chi for Arthritis

This 8-week program helps improve movement, balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation and can also help decrease pain and falls.
