      • There are redundancies and conflicts throughout the LDC which create inefficiencies
    • The need to align with current State legislation and the City's Comprehensive Plan
    • The need to improve predictability and reflect the community's vision.

  • Everyone is encouraged to provide feedback, including residents, business owners, property owners, developers, and other community stakeholders.

  • You can complete the online survey, attend public meetings, or submit comments directly to the City’s Community Development Department. All input will be considered as the City updates the code.
