Eight Weeks Beginning Monday, August 18 |2:30 p.m.
Discover the benefits of Tai Chi for Arthritis at the Niceville Senior Center! This gentle, flowing exercise improves balance, reduces fall risk, and supports joint health. Perfect for seniors of all experience levels, this free class offers a safe, effective way to stay active, centered, and confident in daily movement. Reservations recommended and commitment to 8-week course is required. You can register via email to seniorcenter@nicevillefl.gov or stop by the welcome desk when you are at the Senior Center.
