Lunch & Learn MaxStrength Fitness: Strength & Osteoporosis

Did you know that strength training can help reverse osteoporosis or osteopenia? Strength training is one of the best things you can do as you age, as starting in your 40s, you lose 5% of your strength each decade. In your 60s, this increases to 10% per decade! One in two women suffer from osteoporosis. Come learn how strength training can help! MaxStrength Fitness specializes in one-on-one training.

Registration required. You can register via email to seniorcenter@nicevillefl.gov or stop by the welcome desk when you are at the Senior Center.
