Meet the Author: Aaron L. Jackson

The Niceville Library welcomes Aaron L. Jackson, author of the new release Cynical: Overcoming America’s New Mindset with Seven Principles of Hope and Humanity. A distinguished graduate of the Air Force Academy, Aaron enjoyed a twenty-year military career primarily as an attorney in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. He has served as a federal prosecutor, federal defense attorney, Air Force Academy assistant professor, Pentagon counsel/advisor, and General Counsel (Staff Judge Advocate) for various organizations. Among numerous notable accomplishments during his career, Aaron led offices in the deployed environment, served as counsel for the establishment of the U.S. Space Force, and was named “Outstanding Air Force Academy Educator of the Year.” He has since become partner at a national law firm and currently resides in Niceville with his wife and their four children.
