The Public Information Officer is responsible for providing accurate and timely city-related information to the community. They work closely with the media, local organizations, and the community to ensure that there is a constant flow of information through print, media, and live coverage.
The areas managed by the PIO include website content, social media management, press releases, crisis communication, branding, media relations, community engagement, and event planning.
