Welcome to Niceville Public Library Youth Services We are glad you are here!     To help us make your child's library experience a more enjoyable one, please follow these guidelines:   1. While in the library, please teach your child to walk and talk quietly.   2. Food or drink should be left outside the library.   3. Please sign in at the desk for computer use and limit to 30 minutes.   4. You may leave your books on the cart, tables or countertops if you decide not to check them out.   5. If your child is crying or disturbing others, please be considerate and remove him/her from the library until he/she is calmed.   6. For your child's safety, jumping from or standing on the furniture is not permitted.   7. Please supervise your own children.            Thank you very much!

YOUTH SERVICES Computer Information... 4 Juvenile Computers are available with filtered internet access. These comp. are for children up to 13 yrs of age. Please sign in and limit your computer time to 30 minutes when others are waiting. Print up to 15 pages free for school, homework or research papers. Please remember when wearing headphones to keep your voices low and handle them with care. UNFILTERED INTERNET ASSESS IS AVAILABLE IN THE MAIN LIBRARY. CHILDREN MAY USE ONLY WITH A PARENT PERMISSION FORM ON FILE. PLEASE SEE FRONT DESK LIBRARIAN TO SIGN UP.

NICEVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY YOUTH SERVICES PROGRAMS

BABY BOOKWORMS ...are held the 2nd and 4th Fridays of each month in Youth Services.. Prewalkers are scheduled at 9:30am and Walkers (those that walk with confidence) at 10:30. These programs include rhymes, music and motion for infants to a 3 yrs old along with mom, dad or caregiver. No sign up is required. PRE-K STORYTIMES ...are held every Wednesday and Thursday morning at 10:30am in Youth Services. Each week is a different theme and includes stories, fingerplays, music and motion. Ages 3-5. No sign up is required. GROUP STORYTIMES ...for day cares, schools, clubs, etc. Reservations are required, please call 729-4554. American Girls Book Club ...for ages 7-12, Sept.-May, every 3rd Sat. of the month from 10-12:00 pm in the Y.S. Join us for book discussion to explore American history, games and crafts. All library programs are free. You may sign up in Youth Services or call 729-4554.
