Welcome to Niceville Public Library Youth Services We are glad you are here!     To help us make your child's library experience a more enjoyable one, please follow these guidelines:   1. While in the library, please teach your child to walk and talk quietly.   2. Food or drink should be left outside the library.   3. Please sign in at the desk for computer use and limit to 30 minutes. All youth services computers will be turned off during library programs to limit distraction.   4. You may leave your books on the cart, tables or countertops if you decide not to check them out.   5. If your child is crying or disturbing others, please be considerate and remove him/her from the library until he/she is calmed.   6. For your child's safety, jumping from or standing on the furniture is not permitted.   7. Please supervise your own children.            Thank you very much!

OUR PROGRAMS... RAISING READERS PRESCHOOL STORYTIME: Join us for exciting stories selected for children 3-5 yrs old. Held in Youth Services Wed and Thurs mornings, 10:30am No sign up is required. Different theme each week BABY BOOKWORMS: Fri Prewalkers 9:30am Fri Walkers 10:30am AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM: Every 2nd Tues at 4:00 For ages 6+ YS Programs Room FAMILY NIGHT 4th Thursday 6:30pm Normally held in the Community Center.

	NICEVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY YOUTH SERVICES PROGRAMS
	BABY BOOKWORMS...are held Fridays of each month in Youth Services. Prewalkers are scheduled at 9:30am and Walkers (those that walk with confidence) at 10:30. These programs include rhymes, music and motion for infants to 2 yrs old along with mom or dad or caregiver. No sign up is required, but limited to 15 per session. PRE-K STORYTIMES...are held every Wednesday and Thursday morning at 10:30am in Youth Services. Each week is a different theme and includes stories, fingerplays, music and motion. Ages 3-5. No sign up is required. NEW GROUP STORYTIMES...for day cares, schools, clubs, etc. Offered Wednesdays at 9:30am. Reservations are required, please call 729-4554. FAMILY NIGHT...is held the 4th Thurs. of each month at 6:30pm in the Community Center. Family Night includes stories and crafts and may include guest speakers and demonstrations. Please check with the Youth Services Librarians to find out the monthly topic. Sign up is required. All library programs are free. You may sign up in Youth Services or call 729-4554.

	YOUTH SERVICES COMPUTERS
	Computer Information... 4 computers to play games, 1 computer for Word Processing only. Please sign in and limit your computer time to 30 minutes when others are waiting. Print up to 15 pages free for school, homework or research papers. After 15 pages, it is 5 cents per page. Please remember when wearing headphones to keep your voices low and handle them with care. All computers will be turned off during storytime presentations. No internet access on Youth Services computers, only in the main library with a parent permission form on file. Safe surfing flyers are available at the desk.
	MANY INTERNET COMPUTERS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE MAIN LIBRARY. THEY MAY BE USED BY OLDER CHILDREN WITH A PARENT PERMISSION FORM ON FILE.
