Children's Park Email   ~   Party Information Sheet

NEW FEE - a flat fee of $50 will now be charged for each party in the Park. When booking your party, the Park Manager will pencil you in to the calendar but the location will not be confirmed until the $50 fee has been paid. The fee must be paid before the scheduled date of the party. You will still need a rain date in case of inclement weather. If the party is cancelled due to weather, the fee will be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee. Please see the Party Information Sheet for all the details.

You may reserve the following areas:
  • Covered cabana -sprinkler
  • Covered cabana-back of park
  • Gazebo-sprinkler
  • Gazebo-back of park

 



Party 2
 

Our policies have changed and we are providing more services now, so please be patient with us as we expand.


  • We ask that you call and make reservations for your upcoming event. We no longer have first come, first serve. If it is a weekend party, and you need to cancel on that day, please call the park attendant at 642-7457.
  • Parties may be scheduled for up to 3-hour intervals.
  • Due to the fact that we may need to set up for the next reservation, we may ask for you to vacate your reserved area at the end of your time slot, but we do hope that you will stay and continue to enjoy the Park.
  • When you arrive, you will find a Reserved sign with your name at your tables.
  • Please plan your time slot, so that all decorating and setup may be completed before your guests arrive.
  • We now have additional tables available to add to your party, if needed. When you make your reservation, please specify number of tables needed. If this number changes, please advise Park Staff before the day of the event.
  • As we have a limited number of chairs available, please feel free to bring folding chairs from home for your guests.
  • Please do not allow guests to move tables or chairs, without coordinating this with the Park Staff.
  • Grills, pets, and pinatas are not allowed in the Park.
  • Please remember to be courteous of other visitors to the Park during your event.
