FEMA Disaster Assistance Program
The Individual Assistance disaster declaration has been made, residents in Okaloosa County can now register with FEMA for disaster assistance. Below are the current registration methods. FEMA has approved the Crestview location for a disaster Recovery Center. The Location will be open by Friday May 16th. The address is 201 Stillwell Blvd, Crestview. The DRC is located behind the Crestview Police Dept.

Residents may have recently received a letter from Homeserve USA Repair Management in reference to Water Service Line Coverage. The City Of Niceville in no way endorses this company or product and would advise residents to be cautious when inquiring about this service.

Pay Your Water Bill By Credit Card
Notice: In mid February 2011, the City began accepting credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & Discover) for payment of your water bill at the office. You can now setup an account on our online website to view your account information such as transaction and consumption history and also pay your utility bill if you choose to. At the top of our webpage click on the button (Pay Utility Bill) for that service, there is a $2.50 fee ($1.25 convenience fee and $1.25 website hosting fee)
