The Administration Building includes the offices of the City Manager, Lannie Corbin; Mayor, Randall Wise; and City Planner, Wanda Cruttenden.

These offices are located in the front part of the City Hall in the Niceville Civic Complex closest to Partin Drive.   Directions to City Hall

  Obtain information on the Comprehensive Plan, the National Flood Insurance Program flood zones, and grant programs the City participates in.

  Request to be added to our bid lists. Bid specifications will be posted online. However, bids cannot be accepted online, you are required to submit sealed bids to our physical address.
  
  

Registration forms for voting in the city, county, state, and federal elections can be picked up at the Civic Center in the utility (water) billing department and mailed; or you can register at the Supervisor of Elections office in Fort Walton or Crestview.

City elections are held every two years on the third Tuesday of July (i.e., 2005, 2007, etc.)
